What if I don't receive my tickets?
1. Check your junk mail folder.
2. Go back to our website and click on the ticket link of the concert you purchased. At the bottom of the page, select click here to re-send tickets.
3. If both 1 and 2 don't work, you entered an invalid or wrong email address. Send an email to with your name, correct email address, which concert, and date of transaction. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to re-send tickets manually.
What is the age requirement?
18+ to enter. An additional charge of $5 for anyone between the ages of 18-20. Must show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID.

There is a strict NO re-entry policy during a ticketed event.
Can I get a refund?
No, all sales are final! If the headliner cancels, tickets will be refunded electronically within 5 business days. If headliner reschedules, ticket refunds must be requested within 5 days of the original concert date.
Does The Hat have seats?
All tickets are general admission standing. There are limited tables, but are on a first come first serve basis.
Is there food available for purchase?
No food available unless advertised for a specific event.
Someone bought tickets for me, how can I pick them up at will call?
Please bring the ID and credit card for which the ticket(s) was purchased.
Are cameras allowed at shows?
No professional equipment is allowed.
Do you have parking available?
There is plenty of parking in Aggieville and the surrounding area.
